Camping

Last weekend we decided to take a spur of the moment camping trip to a little campsite about 30 minutes away. The boys absolutly loved being out side and walking around barefoot. Going in and out of the tent of course is one of the best parts. We are hoping the weather will cooperate a little more so we can go more.

Running all around

So I ran my first marathon this last weekend. With 2 bathroom breaks I finished in 4 hrs 11 minutes. It was fun to see Seattle in a whole new way.

Last summer my friend taught a quilting class. She helped us make a samplers quilt.

I then made baby quilts for my sisters babies.

Lately...

I have been really bad about blogging lately. Sorry to my family who likes to see pictures. Things are pretty much the same. Lots of throwing balls and lots rain/ snow. I now have a 10 month old and a 2 1/2 year old. Time sure does go bye fast. The boys are doing great. Cade is so grown up. He is so smart and is constantly talking, singing, or reciting Dr.Seuss. He loves basketball, baseball, and football. And everyday he plays to us on his guitar. Breck is discovering everything. He is a super fast crawler and is already trying to take steps without holding on. He loves to talk just as much as the other Callens men in my life. He loves being with everyone. Life is good we just wish the warmer weather would come sooner.

File Folder Games

I don't know about you guys but I am always looking for quiet activities for Church, especially ones that relate to church. So I found this website greenjellowithcarrots.blogspot.com that sells file folder games. To make matters better on Fridays they do deals/ giveaways. We just might join the circus...

So today we finally used the Groupon that I bought a year ago to have a two hour flying trapeze lesson. Adam and I both had a really good time. I would suggest that everyone does it at least once. It made me miss gymnastics even more. Seriously so fun! The first video is Adam and the second is me!

Christmas

We traveled down to warm Houston Texas to be with my family for Christmas. It was really fun being with everyone and enjoying the nice weather. Mom and Dad thanks for everything we had a great time.

Down in Texas we went bowling as a family. It was really fun and Cade asked for days after if we could go bowling again.

My little sister is going on a Mission in February so we were able to go through with her. I love the Houston Temple. It brings back special memories since that is were we got married.
