Happy Halloween!
Adams office does a trick or treat inside so we dressed Cade up and took him around. Of course Adam collected the candy for Cade. Cade was a very good sport. I finally got a pretty good picture of Cade smiling. He has the best personality. He is so happy, loves to smile, and has started his own little laugh and excited squeal. It is amazing to watch him learn and how excited he gets just to sit and talk to us.

Here is our little lion. We tried to get him to roar at people. No roaring but we did get some cooing.

Visitors

We were lucky enough to have my parents and my sister Ariel come to visit and even more lucky to have them come at the same time. Sadly Ariel and my dad were only here for a short while but we are so glad they came. My mom gets to stay and hangout for a while longer and we are really glad. They all finally got to see Cade for the first time. Cade loved it! He was smiling and talking to all of them. We were able to cram lots of fun things into one day. We went to Snoqualmie Falls, the waterfront and the Bellevue mall. We can't wait to see more family and to have more visitors.

Blessing

On Sunday Cade had his baby blessing. We were lucky enough to have family. Adams brother and his family were able to come. Plus my parents were able to come into town from Switzerland. It was a very special day and Adam did a wonderful job.

My parents even brought a special outfit from Switzerland for Cade to be blessed in. We made it all the way to after the pictures before he got spit up on it.

And I just love dressing him up. I thought dressing up a girl would be more fun but you really can't beat dressing a baby boy up like a little man. So here are some pics of my little man! I don't think he could get any cuter.

Pumpkin patch

On Saturday we went to a pumpkin patch. It was a little chilly but sunny. Of course Cade slept the whole time but we all had a good time. Also, about a week ago Cade started really smiling. And it is the most amazing smile ever! Once I can get a good picture of it I will post it.

(Which is fun because he has my little head.)Adam with the pumpkins we picked. 1 month

Cade is now one month and I can't believe how much he is grown. He is 10 lbs 6 0z and 21 1/2 inches longs. He loves looking around and seems to really know my voice. Some nights he sleeps for along time and some nights he doesn't. We love having him around and can't believe he hasn't always been with us.

So like every new mom I enjoy taking pictures of my beautiful baby. Especailly of him looking like a little angel when he is sleeping. So here are some really cute pictures of my sleeping angel. Plus when he sleeps he makes the cutest humming sound. He just seems so peacful and happy.Nothing sweeter than a Daddy and his baby.
